Shuvalov Palace is situated on the Fontanka River, in the center of St. Petersburg. Presumably, it was built at the end of the XVIII century, and its author - a renowned architect George Kvarengi.
Until the end of the XIX century palace was used by the family Vorontsov. Later it was bought by Count Naryshkin. In the palace arranged lush balls, concerts, secular evening.
