The plot of the story of Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoyevsky is a classic collision: the first lady of the district town of Mordasova, Maria Aleksandrovna Moskaleva, is trying to marry her elderly Prince Kina to her daughter Zina against her will. In the production of Temur Chkheidze, "Uncle's Dream" is comic and tragic at the same time.
