On March 20, the international group of musicians The Grant Stewart-John Marshall Quintet performing bi-bop, hard-bop, swing will perform in the program "Jazz on the New Stage". The quintet includes St. Petersburg musicians Nikolai Zatolochny and Egor Kryukovsky, American virtuosos guitarist Ilya Lushtak and trumpeter John Marshall, as well as saxophonist Grant Stewart, a native of Canada, as a jazz musician formed in New York.

About Grant Stewart: Born in 1971 in Toronto, Canada, at the age of nineteen, he moved to New York, where he studied with such jazz masters as Donald Bird and Barry Harris. He performs all over the world, including musicians such as Jimmy Cobb, Harold Maburn, Louis Huis, Curtis Fuller, Renee Fleming, Clark Terry and others.
