On 23 and 24 May, the New Stage of the Alexandrinsky Theater will feature the play "Bitter. Bottom. Vysotsky ", that since last season with success goes on the stage of the Branch of the Moscow Pushkin Theater.
"Gorky.Dno.Vysotsky" - diploma performance of students of the 4th course of the acting faculty of the Moscow Art Theater School (art director of the course - E.Pisarev).
In the play Gorky's classic play "At the Bottom" organically intertwines with the songs of Vladimir Vysotsky. Familiar to almost everyone and already almost textbook texts in the mouths of today's young people get a new, incredible fresh and current sound.
About the play:
"The most important thing in the play is music, in the canvas narrative are woven songs of Vladimir Vysotsky. Sometimes a persistent impression is created that he acted as a composer for the play, wrote his texts knowing exactly at what point the production "On the Day" they will sound. Actors do not even have to switch after monologues, songs become a natural harmonious continuation of the words spoken. As a result, the viewer listens to one single piece without dividing the action into parts from Gorky and Vysotsky. "(Olga Zavalishina, Cult of Moscow).
